WCI Advisory Group

Our Belief

Every organization has two operating systems: the formal one everyone can see and the human one that shapes how people actually lead, relate, decide, and perform. WCI Advisory Group was founded on the belief that lasting organizational change begins by engaging the human dynamics that shape leadership, culture, and performance.

Organizations invest tremendous time and energy in strategy, structure, and process. While each of these matters, sustainable change ultimately depends on something deeper. It depends on the quality of leadership, the strength of relationships, the level of trust people experience, and the shared sense of purpose that guides how they work together. These human dynamics are often the most influential forces in an organization, yet they are frequently the least discussed.

Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, we partner with leaders to better understand the people inside the system and create the conditions where both individuals and organizations can thrive.

High-performing organizations often ask people to compartmentalize parts of their humanity in the pursuit of the mission. We believe the organizations that thrive over the long term are those that help people bring their full humanity to the mission, because trust, connection, courage, and performance grow stronger together.

Our Guiding Principles

These principles shape how we lead, facilitate, coach, and partner with every organization we serve. They are the foundation of our work and reflect what we've learned through decades of working with leaders in high-stakes environments.

  • Humanity Before Strategy: Lasting organizational change begins with people. Strategy, structure, and process matter, but sustainable results depend on trust, relationships, purpose, and the human dynamics that shape how people lead and work together.

  • Courageous Leadership: Leadership begins with the courage to engage difficult conversations, examine ourselves honestly, and lead with integrity even when the path forward is uncertain.

  • Compassionate Curiosity: Meaningful change begins with curiosity rather than judgment. We create space for people to ask better questions, understand different perspectives, and engage one another with both compassion and accountability.

  • Systems Thinking: Organizations are living systems. Lasting change comes from understanding the relationships, patterns, and dynamics that shape behavior rather than simply treating isolated symptoms.

  • Bridge Building: Progress happens when people learn to navigate difference rather than avoid it. We help leaders build trust across roles, generations, identities, and perspectives so organizations can move forward together.

  • Build Capacity: Our goal is not to become indispensable. We develop leaders, facilitators, and internal champions who can sustain the work and continue strengthening their organizations long after our engagement ends.

Our Mission

To help leaders inside high-intensity organizations strengthen trust, connection, and performance by engaging the unspoken human dynamics that shape leadership and culture.

Through strategic advising, leadership development, facilitation, coaching, and organizational development, we help organizations build healthier cultures, stronger leaders, and greater internal capacity for lasting change.

Our Vision

We envision organizations becoming catalysts for human flourishing by cultivating leaders and cultures grounded in trust, courageous leadership, compassion, and shared purpose. We believe that by humanizing the environments where these qualities are often the hardest to develop, organizations can become powerful forces for stronger communities and a more connected society.

Why We Start Here

We believe these organizations are proving grounds. We intentionally partner with organizations where the stakes are high, the culture is deeply ingrained, and leadership is tested every day. These environments demand resilience, accountability, and exceptional performance. They also present some of the greatest opportunities to strengthen trust, deepen relationships, and cultivate healthier organizational cultures.

We believe these organizations are proving grounds. When leaders learn to humanize systems in environments where the work is most challenging, the lessons extend far beyond a single team or organization. They offer practical models for strengthening leadership, culture, and collaboration in organizations everywhere.
