Officers as Bridge Builders

Designed and facilitated a four-day leadership development experience that equipped law enforcement officers to navigate difficult conversations, strengthen trust across ranks, and serve as bridge builders within their agencies and communities. Through experiential learning and peer dialogue, participants developed practical tools for leading with courage, fostering accountability, and strengthening relationships in high-pressure environments.

Creating Trust in High-Security Environments

Designed and facilitated one of the earliest Project Compassion initiatives for corrections professionals, creating space for officers to move beyond skepticism and engage in authentic dialogue through storytelling, peer learning, and real-world scenarios. The experience demonstrated how trust and human connection can emerge even within highly guarded organizational cultures.

Fire Service

Developing Leaders from Within

Co-designed and facilitated a facilitator development initiative preparing twelve firefighters to lead authentic leadership experiences across a department of more than 3,600 personnel. By investing in internal leadership capacity, the department created a sustainable model for culture change led by its own people rather than relying on external facilitators.

Building Bridges Across the Western Hemisphere

Partnered with Equimundo to facilitate an international dialogue among senior military leaders from across the Western Hemisphere in coordination with U.S. NORTHCOM. The experience explored men's engagement, leadership, and allyship while strengthening cross-national relationships and expanding dialogue across diverse military cultures.

Humanizing High-Performance Culture

A leading global financial institution approached WCI to explore the design of an innovative facilitator development experience for its global network of change agents and leaders. The challenge was compelling: how do you help those leading organizational change embrace vulnerability themselves so they can cultivate a culture of openness, trust, and authentic dialogue across the organization? Although the initiative was paused during the COVID-19 pandemic, the question itself became the inspiration for WCI's Facilitator Studios and broader capacity-building approach.

Boys Boarding Schools

Masculinity at the Edges

Facilitated conversations with students and faculty at one of the nation's leading boys' schools exploring how identity, belonging, adversity, and formative experiences shape boys into men. The work led to an invitation to present to the International Boys' Schools Coalition, equipping educators with practical approaches for engaging the developmental realities of boys and young men.
